If you come on my property uninvited and leave behind a note telling me to leave because of my skin color or whatever I don't think that is free speech.

Added: get the island for leaving a note? Of course not. But some don't stop at the note.

would the ACLU help her?

would the courts decide in her favor (like some nazi marches etc have been allowed)??


or would it be put down as a hate crime and she get locked up?

20 yrs ago, when most ACLU financial backers tried to adhere to the principle, " I disapprove of what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it," & when ACLU at least pretended to be non-partisan, but not any longer! ACLU is now, like the media, an unofficial arm of the Dem Party.

Some time ago, a columnist for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette committed the ultimate sin -- Failure to Kiss Jesse Jackson's Butt. A clown identifying himself as head of the Arkansas ACLU wrote a hot letter -- and ended it by saying, "As head of the ACLU I oppose censorship. But the newspaper should not subsidize this writer."

Don't censor him -- just fire him!!
