South Carolina has the Castle Law, ,the statute is a little long but it states basically : You have a right to protect yourself on your property to the extent of taking someones life. You can't be prosecuted in the event you abide by the guide line set up by the State of South Carolina. Further information can be obtained by GOOGLE , South Carolina Castle law.
