What Oprah thinks about the folks who made her a multi-billionaire.

But liberal whites STILL line up to kiss her fat ass.

What's the problem, CH? On this point, you agree with her, that even poor whites are still white, which counts for something in some books. It makes zero sense that you are dinging her, as you've already given away the game yourself in countless posts.

LBJ made a similar observation, from a politician's perspective. And he was in a position to know:

President Lyndon B. Johnson, who grew up in the South and understood the politics of racism from the inside, saw it in part as a ploy to divide and conquer.

Forgetting that "white privilege" gave her everything she has--the brainless white women who watched her idiotic show, bought her magazine & other products, etc. The Clintons toadied & truckled abjectly to her for years, firmly believing she was their "undying friend," but what happens when an unknown BLACK runs against them? She is a TOTAL racist!

It was thanks to "white prvilege" that probably 95% of those KIA in WWII were white. Segregating blacks in service and support units meant that few went " In Harm's Way !"

What makes you think she forgot? Remember she doesn't think like you, that race relations are a zero sum game. Looks to me like she's willing to risk something, take a position, and see if people follow her. When it works, it's called "leadership".

No one grateful for what the white world has given her would even think of making such a divisive remark, let alone express it. And Trump is the divisive one we're told 1000 times a day by the media! Pompous & condescending ingrate is the leader in race-baiting for sure--the crowning example of the truism that however much the white world gives & does for blacks, it's NEVER enough!

God those racial attitudes are so f*cked up. It really is disgusting. Oprah, watch her or not, didn't earn her way in this world? It was given her by benevolent whites? The same whites who stole the labors of enslaved blacks for 250 years? The optimist in me hopes that we're witnessing the death throes in this country of a certain kind of racism, that it's coming to the surface now as it dies.

It's obvious to everyone why Oprah's appeals to higher-status whites would threaten lower-status white racists. That's what is really eating at you, the possibility that her message will get through. The "gratitude" line is just crap.

Never paid any attention to Oprah, one acquaintance said his wife told him her programs were usually man-bashing, "Men Who...."

Absolutely--the mindlessly liberal kind of whites who flocked to demonstrate their "progressiveness" by watching her idiotic show, buying her products, etc. And of course, ingrates regard gratitude as crap!

And OF COURSE you ignore that it was conservative BLACK critics who "castigated" her, just as you ignore Thomas Sowell & all the other black intellectuals who have put their finger on the REAL cause of black failure in this country, white apologists like YOU who never stop saying "whites are the cause of all your misfortunes."

Straw men, CH. You're in no position to take an unbiased judgement on anyone else, because your own views are so skewed.

What straw men? Oprah's BLACK critics, such as the ones quoted? Is "straw man" your equivalent for Uncle Tom? MY views weren't the point at all, their's were.

He doesn't know the meaning of "straw man." A straw man is an argument constructed so it is easy to defeat. The man who constructed it attributes it to his opponent and claims victory when he overturns it. This is one of his standard tactics.
