I'm guilty of the same offense. I met the next door neighbor last week. We hit it off just fine(I mentioned my girlfriend). Apon leaving she gave me a hug(mutually agreed upon). Nice little hug and out of habit I patted her butt. It was muscle memory(I have a girlfriend, remember?). I'm not the sharpest tool in the box and I'm nowhere close to running for office.
I'm not defending Togor(he will argue whether it's going to rain tomorrow). People in power get away with a lot,but piss off, or well, just get caught on camera... One hundred thousand women get oogled daily. You don't hear about it. Boys will be boys. Me and the girl next door one time...well..

Apparently Togey won't answer you on this or he would. Perhaps Togey can't find his answer to this mystery on Google as RKT does.

Yeah, I immediately thought, ooh, I mighta shoulda notta done that, but it happened so fast and there's no taking it back. I hope we're OK.

Any hand movement to a lady part could be suspicious. A bounce, squeeze, jiggle. Cupping by itself, no movement, okay on the butt. Cupping from the front, clearly a play, don't do it. Cupping side boob incidentally in a photo, best not do it often, but for taller guys it can happen innocently. All of this actually pretty obvious.
