Again, there's much more to it than the clip.
If you want to do it in the abstract....is it okay for vehicles associated with one campaign to compel a bus for the other campaign to the shoulder of a Texas interstate? If for safety and liability reasons exclusively, the obvious answer is definitely not.. This should be an easy call for a true law and order guy.Comment
