an opinion piece,If the subject is Russia we ought to talk about the FireEye hack. This is a bad one. Hundreds of thousands of networks need to be rebuilt from scratch to eliminate the security flaws introduced from the initial hack.
Trump hasn't said a word, nor will he.

not an actual article, but an opinion piece,
your sources are getting weaker and weaker by the day,Comment

An opinion piece written by the sort of guy who reporters would interview for an article. Instead of sending a reporter out, he came to the newspaper.
Nonetheless, FireEye reported the hack themselves.
Keep those blinders up.Comment

A minor incident sensationalized out of all proportion for the explicit purpose of maligning Trump. Kind of thing that happens everyday. I read it--what catastrophe has happened? NOTHING worth mentioning!
Meanwhile, the REAL crime--the Chink's theft by hacking of US military & industrial secrets--the Times ignores.Comment

Togor and RTK imitating conservatives...LolI hear it's much worse. Biden wants rural whites to actually give their guns to gangs as part of slavery reparations. Program to be overseen by Kamala Harris, whose gang name is "S-K"--short for "Special K" I guess? Like the cereal? Other reforms include getting gang representation on local police advisory boards and a new national sales tax to fund a nationwide rollout of a "1619 Project"-based community curriculum for all ages. Sounds like exciting times.Last edited by rayg; 12-17-2020, 02:40.Comment

Here is a link to a non-alarmist, non-political description of what is known about the hack so far.
For a moment, it looked like we might get to end 2020 on a relative high note for cybersecurity. Then came SolarWinds.

posted this to save lyman the trouble of having to explain it to us

Non-alarmist because there's nothing to be alarmed about. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! Calling it a "tempest in a teapot" would be to exaggerate its importance..Comment
