actually, and not patting myself on the back either, we had the most ever on the forum in Oct, before that it was March, of this year,Don't know what your limits of authority or powers are but if they aren't eliminated (by IP address) completely then you could delete some/most of their sarcastic and negative comments here for starters.
You and I have always been on the same side of the fence. As an administrator you may have to see things a little differently now but the longer this s**t goes on the more the Majors legacy erodes away.
You will have to agree that they are way too persistent and arrogant to not be on someones payroll wanting this site knocked down.
If nothing changes nothing changes. More will leave.
that means signs of improvement,
I'll admit it has been frustrating for me since when given moderator duties last year, they came months,, (like 4) after my first acceptance to do the job, and then the buttons were not clicked so all I could do was infract,
nothing else,
since Pat came back (and she did admit here she was a bit negligent in attention) she fixed it,
of course by then I had already sent a note to her saying basically since it was driving me crazy,, take it away,
oops, she didn't,
so,
now, I've learned how to find, trace etc, and guess what,, one that was soooo sure that the 3 stooges was actually 1, had 2 other accounts,
those 2 are banned, probably should have banned the first, but it is not in the rules that I can find,,
togor is togor, trax is trax even pebbles is pebbles,
unless they have a way to vpn ip addresses that I can't get around (or want to spend much time on) I will not know if they are anybody else
now without doxxing anybody else,, and for clarity, togor has shared an IP address with one other member a couple of times, but a bit of research and I am fairly sure they may have been in the same area, or cell area, at the same time , a few times,
so I am not worried about that,
so, with cards on the table,
I am thankful that yall have done enough control that we had the high numbers,
I am sure that will continue,
I am thankful, I think, that Pat fixed the stuff in my profile so I can more effectively moderate now,
and, having said that, to Quote a Bush,
Kinder and Gentler had better be the name of the game going forward,
understood?
and to add in closing,
anyone want to place bets on how bad RED will explode when he sees togor is a mod?

That was very informative Vern.... thank youAt Yorktown, General Charles O'Hara surrendered to General Benjamin Lincoln.
Cornwallis pled sickness and sent O'Hara to surrender in his place. O'Hara offered his sword first to Rochambeau, who directed him to Washington, who directed him to Lincoln, who was commanding the surrender ceremony.Comment

agreed, and an excellent movie,
my patriot ancestor joined up with Greene's Army in NC but fell ill and returned home,
it was his 3rd enlistment, I do not know the exact date, or if he met up with him at cowpens, Guilfords CH or somewhere in the areaComment
