At 5:30, there was a press release from the DOE that Colonial was restarting operations to take a few days to fill the pipe.

We were waiting for that post weren't we? It's like he wants the Federal Government to step in and run a private pipeline company or something. Socialize losses and screw-ups, and privatize profits.

For the umpteenth time, the pipeline was opposed in part because of the route, and also because of the carbon and environmental footprint of turning asphalt buried in sand into useful petroleum products.

A pipeline in the southeast goes dry for a few days and fuel panics ensue. That's a good argument right there for transitioning away from non-renewable sources before the last drop is produced.

And of course you buy Biden's BS. Again Biden's big supporter owned the truck line that benefited canceling the pipe line! Enough said!

Togor, remember when I brought up that explaining anything higher level is like trying to teach a Missouri mule how to tap dance.

Maybe some of you geniuses could explain to me how the federal government could force a PRIVATE entity to monitor, upgrade and validate their software systems to prevent hacking.
