Here's an article about the gun life in Japan. That this meets the "tough" standard, I think we would agree. A very different place than even Chicago, NYC, or CA, in terms of gun laws.

I know about gun life in Japan,
I know a guy that wrote numerous articles for UK and Japanese gun magazines, and we provided a few of the firearms he used, and I am in a Japanese gun mag shown shooting one (that one was my personal gun)

my hands are in another, I took another gun apart for him and he snapped pics of each step


gun mags are a big hit there, since they can only have props, replicas etc,
