actually,
now that I re read this post,
you understand very little,
you think you do,
you preach and parade around like you think you do,
but you seem to be out of touch with a good portion of the country,
you know, the part you belittle every chance you get.....
must be tough to be youComment

Ask a loaded question,
It doesn't work out as expected,
and so you put it on me.
I asked you if our gun laws are "tough".
It's a simple question.Comment

you miss the point again
and when questioned,,, poor pitiful little me
once again, and like clockwork,
I answered your question, and yet you want to push buttons,
or try to, as usual,
makes you look in a not fashionable way,
you may want to consider the title under your name,,,,,Comment

Lyman,
Do you really think you aren't yourself doing whatever it is you accuse me of? Encouraging people to self-reflect is your gig, not mine, but under the circumstances seems appropriate here.
The question I asked was not unfair. It was not an easy question, but it was by no means a cheap shot. And it didn't come out of the blue.Comment

What you seem to be getting at is that "tough" is in the eye of the beholder, and that is unquestionably true.
The other angle for considering toughness is if a law achieves it's intended purpose, through some combination of effective deterrence and lack of loopholes. By that view it seems fair to say that there are very few truly "tough" gun laws in the country.Comment

I've answered your question numerous times, and each time you go thru the same drill,Lyman,

that drill starts by you ducking a question or changing the direction to deflect,
each
and
every
time,
