Are Federal taxes variable on gas? Nope, it's been 18.3 cents since 1993.

Pretty sure the oil suppliers are seeing the profits, or the expense of their own operations to get the product to the pump.

The dims are so in hope that something good will come of the present administration that they have to search back through ancient history in hopes of finding something that is worse than what slo joe is bringing on everyone. Things are just getting started. Give it another three years and try to find something worse.

If it is the suppliers that are raising the gas prices, why did they wait until Mr. Hollow Head was president? No one would notice with everything else going up?

People that can't understand basic supply vs demand, should not be analyzing anything for political nuance and influence.

Oh they can understand just fine, but don't want to.

You'll notice they want to assign blame but don't say what ought to be done about it.
