Peter Zieihan can be bombastic but raises interesting angles.
Gist of this one is:
1) Russia has decided plugging invasion gaps in Europe is necessary.
2) Therefore if successful in Ukraine they'll push on to NATO territory.
3) NATO has taken stock of Russian performance and stands ready to obliterate them if they try.
4) Rather than retreat all the way back across a hostile Ukraine, Russia will escalate to nukes.
Therefore,
5) To prevent nuclear war, it's necessary to throw weapons into Ukraine now to stop Russia from winning. And that by so doing, the West is saving the world, and Russia itself, from a greater disaster.
If one believes that closing the Polish gap is Russia's ultimate goal, then logically, this guy is right. Putin has to be defeated while the consequences of that defeat are still manageable for Russia.
