He can't answer that. I've challenged them to show me where the right to murder an unborn infant is found in the Constitution, and they can't do it.

Here's a hint: Wherever it is, it ISN'T in the 14th Amendment, and the 14th Amendment does NOT define "person."

      It rests with the states.

That's why the democrats want to ignore and re-write the whole constitution. I doesn't fit their lifestyle as it is.

            What right?

            Seriously?

You guys really that detached from the realities of the situation that you have to echo each other's ignorance?

The right to privacy. Specifically, in one's own medical decisions. That's not a right, you say? Tell that to all of the people who didn't want the government forcing COVID shots! I mean, for goodness sake, they even appropriated the pro-choice language to their own cause.

Do the anti-vaxxers feel as though their rights are rooted in the Constitution, or do they not??

And remember, whether YOU THINK CHOICE WAS A RIGHT OR NOT ISN'T THE POINT.

The point is, it WAS a right, according to the law, until the law TOOK IT AWAY.

Something was taken away from Americans. As a matter of principle, do you want them to accept this meekly or be hopping mad about it?

Read my post and comment if you can.

We both know you're afraid of a straight up debate with me on the issues.

Would forced medical procedures be against the Constitution? And would it be Constitutional to deny medical treatment? Could a state ban the practice of setting broken limbs? The right to have one's broken bones set is not specifically mentioned in the Constitution.

Neither is the word "unborn". The word "born" is however. People have to be born for the constitution to kick in. You deny it?

He's back to the old fallacy of claiming the 14th Amendment defines "personhood." It doesn't. It defines "citizen." And no one can deny that non-citizens have rights.
