Weak! Complete BS? I do not give a damn whether there is or is not a ban on exports. It is a multi, multi, complicated world and jackasses can spin, twist, and turn anything.

Again, take your spin, your twists, your lies, and hatred somewhere where somebody gives a sh!t about you and your insane and perverted world.

Enjoy your trip to CA, I refuse to help you with that.

So you stipulate to a world with multiple complications, yet everything that goes wrong in it is Biden's fault, and was never the former guy's fault.

      World-class twisting there, sir.

Back to petroleum--the companies value their profitable export markets so yes they are exporting product. But I haven't noticed any gas lines myself in summer driving, or reports thereof.

No lines at the pump, LMAO

When gas gets to $12 per gallon and unemployment reaches 20% there will not only be no lines at the pump, there will be no traffic jams either and you and your hero Joe will be happier than a robin with a worm.

Do you expect that the petroleum age is going to go on forever?

          - - - Updated - - -

If you agree the answer is "no", then that means the transition is inevitable.

THEREFORE, the transition can either be voluntary, before it's all gone, or involuntary when there's none left.

FWIW, humans have a track record of milking finite resources--resisting change--until a collapse. Do you have a pro-collapse philosophy? If you do, you are not alone.

The petroleum age isn?t anywhere near to being over. That will happen when somebody invents a reasonable alternative. A alternative that can be so cheap and available that China, India, and even African countries can and do adopt them. If your utopian dreams come true and Americans revert to the 1300?s and are living in tepees or adobe huts, that does not solve the problem at all.

I predict that 50 years from now, lithium will have been responsible for more pollution than lead and likely will be banned.

Solar power is only good in daytime, wind power is unpredictable and a nightmare to maintain. So you need storage and that mountain is like Mt. Everest and we are now on Nob Hill.

              RED,

look at the demand curves in Asia and the supply curves everywhere. If you can't spot the trend, that's on you. Whether you can wrap your head around it or not, every year there is another Indian or Chinese RED out there competing with you for gasoline. I'll give you a pass for concluding there's no climate change, because as it happens your part of the country is less effected so far according to the data. So you don't see it in your AC use.

As for EV, it gets better every year. And people STILL ride horses, and even the Amish still use them as of old. But without a doubt we are seeing the transition away from internal combustion. Should America NOT be an early adopter of the next technology? Is that your idea of a forward-looking country, to stay in the glory days of 1960's V8s?

Yeah, we are no where near ready for electric only. Still in the experimental stages with many improvements needed, especially charging stations.
