        Send that proposal to your local congressman. It's brilliant, I'm sure they will get right on it. Our people will do the work? People don't expect to have to actually "work". They can shoplift. It's perfectly OK to a certain monetary number. We have eleven paid holidays a year. What good does that do for the unemployed? What we need is about a half dozen regular riots so they can vent their "anger" and rob jewelry stores legally. Let's be realistic. I have to think of everything.

            It's the proposal most Democrat mayors and governors are using, and they're just beginning to understand that it's blown up in their faces -- and they can't understand why.
