Non-citizen voting is the new version of the Graveyard Vote.
On another board someone said Democrats opposed Voter ID because they'd have to photograph all those headstones.
In one "election" in the USSR Stalin "agreed" to be a candidate. He received 130% of the vote.

I'm assuming since you have a designated polling place and sign the book that your name is already on their roster. In that case someone couldn't just make up a name but could use the name of those died if they were still on the books. On top of that, if I knew your name I could vote and sign the book barring you from being able to vote.

Most voter fraud in my experience, works like this:

1. Get the list of registered voters -- that's a public record and in Arkansas it comes on a disk. The cost is $20
2. Get a phone book.
3. Get voter registration forms to conduct a public-spirited voter registration drive.
4. Compare the phone book with the list of registered voters. Fill out a voter registration form for every person in the phone book who ISN'T of the list of registered voters.
5. Request absentee ballots for all the people you registered.

Now I dare anyone to ask, "What if I come in to vote and you've already voted me?"

Abusers should be fined and jailed to the fullest extent of the law.
