Go back and read his stuff, dryheat. Gays are a problem in the military, why? Because other guys think they're icky!!! Especially old guys long past service date. 1 set of needs I always expected was to have a fellow crewman I could count on. Ladies and lady-boys always fall short in that capacity. Dropping loads without warning thus injuring their partner, or not completing a task with the excuse "I can't do it" thus forcing someone else to take up their slack. It's all about THEM and to hell with everyone else as soon as the me me me crap surfaces.
If it's detrimental in construction then rest assured there is no room for it in the military or anywhere else you need to trust people with your well being. I think we all have a right to express that as a valid argument.

JB, a shiftless day laborer dropping his end of the load is one thing. Trained professionals are another. Do you ever fly commercial? Do you ask if the pilot is gay when boarding? If you or a loved one needed an emergency operation, are you going to demand to know the sexual habits of the entire OR staff? Set a standard for performance. Get people who meet it. Leave the bedroom out of it. Anything else is just personal baggage that people carry around.

They've been working on the coed military for over 40 years and they still can't get it to work. Then we're going to throw in this group that has repeatedly shown its contempt for decency and propriety, a refusal to abide by societal norms.
