my plan is we enforce what we have on the books,
stop letting folks get away with stuff,
if it is a culture thing, then speak to those in the community, see if they want to change, if not, just keep enforcing the rules and move on,
simple, ,
no need to restrict my or anyone's rights cause someone else broke the law,, fix the reason why they broke it, and prosecute,,

So not a Constitutional outrage. So explain how it's a big deal to mandate NICS checks on FTF sales or to report lost or stolen firearms. I don't see it. Have a family/friend exception if you want.
Your plan is the status quo. Or are you willing to pay more taxes so that law enforcement can up enforcement of existing laws? And saying "they can do it with the money they have" is the same as changing nothing. So your position amounts to....change nothing.Last edited by togor; 09-17-2019, 05:49.Comment

my plan will not happen,
it's not new, not popular with the politicians and folks in charge, and does not fit the current narrative,
it also shows that enforcemest was lax in the past, and shows that the folks in charge did nothing to help, or enforce,
and since they are elected, appointed, and in charge, they cannot be wrong,, correct?
answer me this,
why do you want to continue to restrict other peoples rights because 'something' has to be done?
and you seem to go this route about once a month, do you have this on your calendar?Comment

How are background checks or reporting of lost/stolen firearms restricting rights? You say I do something every month but you can't describe it correctly. You're in the business of running background checks for a fee. Are you restricting people's firearms rights?Last edited by togor; 09-17-2019, 06:33.Comment

I am not a red flag guy. I am a background check guy, and I don't understand how background checks don't impinge on gun rights when you run them, but do impinge on rights if they are generally required as a matter of law. Glad to read if you can explain that one to me. Wasn't intended as a game.Last edited by togor; 09-17-2019, 07:12.Comment
