Have nothing but respect for good policemen. Default to believe the police first. Listen to complaints. But default to police. This situation is really bad. Want to find some redeeming aspect ... so far have found none. Would very much like to hear what the six policemen involved have to say. It will be hard to listen to them. The video with sound streamed live is going to be hard to explain away.
It may be that there is some explanation to this mess that is reasonable and supportable from evidence. Hopefully a unbiased investigation will find that evidence. Had this incident involved a white man with African-American police officers, I would very much be hoping for the same unbiased investigation and outcome. Must admit, I am biased. My brother was a deputy sheriff. He had to face fed. charges for use of excessive force as a consequence of a extremely bad fight. Most happily he was found innocent of all charges. He carried the injuries of that fight to his death a few years later. Thank God there was a unbiased investigation and thank God there was a good defense attorney and thank God there was a fair and impartial jury that rendered a verdict based on the evidence and not based on the "emotion of the moment." Sincerely. bruce." Unlike most conservatives, libs have no problem exploiting dead children and dancing on their graves."Comment

People talk about Biden but clearly Trump is the one losing it, retweeting every extremist who crosses his path on Twitter. The way he courts instability he is turning into a bad bet for many conservatives.Comment

Trump was just quoting a person who did say it in the article..Not his statement..Just to set the record straight right away..Last edited by rayg; 05-28-2020, 11:09.Comment
