Obviously there are individual exceptions who do not succeed in passing on their genes to another generation, but every species including ours is hardwired to reproduce. If that was true in our hand-to-mouth days of hunting and gathering, it's surely going to be true in the days of mass automated agriculture. In fact, growth-oriented business types are counting on it, because population growth is what automatically fuels economic growth.

You can shake your fist all you want at young people, but notice there are none here on a Friday night. They all have better things to do!!

And it's your own party that is creating the problems. By opposing living wages, birth control, a woman's right to choose. It's the liberals who want better access to family planning, living wages for the working poor, so that the kids can actually learn something in school and go on to make a contribution later in life.
